A HolliHouse property is stocked with the essentials.   It’s super clean with clean linens and towels, it has everything you need to cook a meal for your group, it has a free Wifi connection and the property is checked prior to your arrival to make sure everything is ready.  You can cancel for any reason up to 30 day’s prior to arrival.  Owners can’t cancel your reservation and your entire group is protected with a complimentary accidental damage protection plan of up to $1,500.  Did little Johnnie break the lamp?  No worries, you’re covered, no questions asked.   You can also purchase optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment and get travel assistance, great medical coverage for everyone and coverage for unforeseen events like flight delays, storms or other catastrophes.  That’s the HolliHouse difference and we are proud of the work we do.

Sure, you can book a different property on AirBnb or HomeAway but then you won’t have these assurances and you’ll pay a Guest Fee.  At HolliHouse, we don’t charge guest fees.   Our rates are the lowest in the market compared to any other marketplace  because we don’t mark up rates to cover expensive commissions.  With HolliHouse, you are working with the exclusive marketing partner of the owner.

At HolliHouse, you can pay for your reservation in two installments.   Half of the rent is due up front the other half at 30 days prior to arrival.   There is no additional guest fee, damage waiver fee or cleaning fee added on.  You get 10% off on every second reservation that you make with us on one of our directly managed properties.   You can get a further 1% off on any reservation that you make by not using a credit card.  Pay by check over the phone, send a wire, or use an innovative payment service like or Payoneer.   These payment options help you and us save money in expensive bank charges, which in turn, help us offer lower rates.   Please know that we have a 3 night minimum stay during peak seasons and a 2 night minimum stay in the off season.
